This video shows how to preform a hard reset and backup / export of contacts (vcard) of your HTC EVO 4G. Your external SD memory card data will not be deleted, only the internal memory such as any installed programs and contacts. This process can sometime fix problems you may be experiencing with your phone. This is also a great way to prep your phone for resell minus the restoring of your contacts.
